The frame is roll-formed to drawings, so layout detail directly drives material quantity.

• Any fixed interior layout such as stair position and wet areas

Site and Load Conditions

A villa designed for one location is not automatically valid for another.

• Project address and whether it is coastal, inland or high altitude
• Design wind speed and snow load from the local code
• Seismic zone and soil condition or foundation type
• Access restrictions for delivery vehicles and cranes

Commercial and Logistics Information

These answers decide packing, freight and the delivery date you can promise your client.

• Total floor area and number of units in the first order

We can give a budget range from a sketch, but a firm price requires dimensioned plans and site load criteria, because both change the steel quantity.

What if I do not know my local wind load?

Tell us the project address. We will propose a design assumption for your confirmation and mark it clearly in the quotation so your local engineer can verify it.

How long does a quotation take?

A budget range takes one to two days. A firm scope-based quotation with a packing list usually takes three to five working days after drawings are received.
